We Can Do Better, Together
Partnerships Benefits that Solve
From the 2018 arrest of the Golden State Killer until now, FIGG has gone from experimental to essential. As pioneers in the FIGG space, our experience and thought leadership have shaped everything from policy, grants, and state legislation to lab standards and industry education. This pivotal case marks a turning point in criminal investigations to an advanced DNA testing solution, we helped create. Our team was the first in the world to obtain ANAB ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for Whole-Genome Sequencing of Forensic SNPs.
After decades of working inside and innovating the forensic DNA and genetic testing spaces– we realized it could be, and needed to be done better. Our team of science-forward experts and industry-first DNA testing program has set out to stop those gate-keeping justice with slower & slower testing turnaround times, eliminate the current unfair practice of prioritizing and cannibalizing casework, and end high testing costs from process inefficiencies and bloated overheads. Replacing it with an affordable DNA testing solution that highlights proprietary testing IQ, cooperative industry relationships, concierge-level account support, and exclusive business partnership benefits.
You’ve built trust. You’ve done the hard work. We’re here to make sure you get the credit, keep control, and deliver results that your clients will brag about.

Partner Advantage
Support Highlights

+ FIGG Combo Subscription Pricing
By bundling your IGG services with our exclusive subscription-based laboratory pricing, you gain a competitive edge while reinforcing your credibility, efficiency, and ability to deliver timely justice.

Scaling and Expansion Benefit
As Resolve Forensics grows and invests in additional automation and equipment, we anticipate increasing the number of cases included per subscription tier at no additional cost. While not guaranteed, this reflects our commitment to efficiency and client value.
Add-On: Backlog Reduction
Testing Schedule
Your client may decide to include an optional Backlog Reduction Add-On for previously extracted DNA samples. These cases bypass extraction and Phase 1 QC and are processed directly through Resolve Forensics’ standard sequencing and bioinformatics workflow. Although no official definition exists for the DNA backlog, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) defines a backlogged case as one that remains untested for 30 days after it has been submitted to a laboratory.
Like the standard test pricing above, any backlog reduction also will not include the upload of data to GEDmatch, FamilyTreeDNA, or any third-party database, or any genealogical investigation, family tree building, or analysis by a FIGG professional. Any costs associated with these items will need to be defined by the IGG partner and included under the IGG portion of the combo partnership pricing plan.

Standard turnaround times for à la carte are 30 days or less.
